In the landscape of Covid-19, the Hostile Environment, the Windrush scandal, the Immigration Bill and Brexit, the arts sector faces unprecedented and dangerous threats. Arts sector workers who identify as migrants, people of colour, undocumented, disabled, LGBTQ+ and working class are, once again, most vulnerable to the impact of cuts, flawed emergency support packages and a shrinking job market. Recovery for the arts sector should be led by those most affected by the current crisis. This panel presented a conversation around the possibilities to build a sector that works in collaboration with all its workers, not just the few.
